New Agreement of Sale document

Owners should note that a NEW specific agreement of sale exists for the sale of properties. Using this document is required as a condition of sale and it is important that owners make sure that this document is used when they sell their properties. The reason for this is that the agreement carries through conditions in title such as membership of the home owners association.
